> Design and distribution: promotional flyers, presentations, and stickers for artists
> Creation & maintenance of Press Kits: artist biography, photos, press clips, news quotes
> Generate and distribute Expense reports, mailings, and any other documents requested
> Organization of artist related necessities: Coordination of tours and CD release parties
> Assemble and mail out press kits on artists
> Maintain relationships with street teams and organize their financial invoices
> Collect, record and input radio station information for Virgin Records databases
> Organization of “Meet & Greet” sessions for promotional tours
> Maintain relationships with general Virgin Record staff
> Computer Literacy: Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Maximizer Enterprises, CD Burning
> UPS Machines
